Anyone who dreams of relaxation, summer, the beach, the sea, and a touch of adventure plans their trip to the Nabq National Park and flies to Egypt. You experience a vacation that you will not soon forget.

Geographical data
The park is a dune landscape and is located on the eastern side of the Sinai coast. Sinai is an Egyptian peninsula in the Red Sea and is separated from mainland Egypt in the west by the Gulf of Suez. The Gulf of Aqaba separates Sinai from Saudi Arabia in the east, and Sinai also borders Jordan there.

The Gulf of Aqaba is 175 km long and 29 km wide. It thus forms the northernmost tip of the Red Sea. The climate is always warm and humid due to its location in the adjacent desert areas and the constant evaporation of the Red Sea.

The summers are very hot, during the day 40 ° C is not infrequently exceeded, the water temperature is a pleasant 24 ° C to 26 ° C. The salinity of the water is considerable at 4.1%.

The Nabq National Park is a 600 square kilometer coastal region with the finest sand and a 4 km long mangrove forest. The trees are ideally adapted to the conditions and the salinity of the water. The park is located 35 km northeast of the city of Sharm El-Sheikh and has a lot to offer in terms of flora and fauna. You experience untouched, protected nature with a dreamlike backdrop. Directly on the Red Sea, in the background the desert and mountains, in contrast to a bright blue sky.

The flora and fauna in the park
Here one encounters a colorful flora and fauna. 143 different plant species, as well as a species-rich fauna. You can observe gazelles, ibexes, a wide variety of insects and reptiles in their familiar environment.

A hiking excursion in the mountain region to rock formations or a visit to a fishing settlement is also possible. One of the other tours is possible with the pick-up.

The Nabq National Park has probably the most fascinating underwater world to offer for diving enthusiasts. You dive or snorkel along with the corals and sea snails, starfish, napoleon fish, barracudas, moray eels, rays, sharks, or an old shipwreck lying on the ground. The blaze of color inspires.

The next vacation spot
A detour to the nearby city of Sharm El-Sheikh, the port and holiday resort on the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula, provides variety. You can stroll along the beach promenade, visit a cafe or a bar.

The restaurants also have a lot of culinary delights to offer. In the city, there are also several shops and you can enjoy a varied holiday.
