Tour Itinerary

Take the opportunity to experience the Sound & Light Show in the Philae Temple. In the evening, take a felucca ride to Angelika Island for the Philae Temple Sound & Light Show.

Together with other pharaonic monuments on Lake Nasser, the temple complex is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dive into ancient Egypt and experience a hike through the island’s temples and gardens. The individual parts of the temple are illuminated and the story of the temple and above all the story of the goddess Isis is told. This is described in such a fascinating way that you can really go back in time.

After about 15 minutes you continue through the temple, past the temple of the goddess Hathor to the grandstand. The story continues there. It is told of feasts in the Temple of Hathor, from the individual occupiers of the island (Christians, etc.) and finally from the elaborate implementation of the temple.

Return to your hotel or cruise at the end of the show.
