Tour Overview

A safari in the Hurghada desert will undoubtedly be an unforgettable experience. After reaching the heart of the desert by Jeep, you will experience the adventure of crossing a stretch of the desert on the back of a camel and then reach the Bedouin camp, where a barbecue dinner under the stars awaits you.

Tour Itinerary

After meeting our representative in the hotel, you will ride together by Jeep to the Bedouin village, where you will get to know the life of the locals living in the desert. From there you will venture on a camel in the desert. At the end of the camel ride, you will enjoy an excellent barbecue dinner under the stars and watch a show put on for you by local Bedouins. At the end of the tour, you will return to your hotel.

N.B: Bring a scarf and a pair of sunglasses to use during the safari.

Price Policy

Prices: All prices are charged in USD per person per trip. You can also pay us online via a secure payment gateway and without any extra costs or surcharge. This is our pricing policy for this trip.

Children:

  • 00 to 5.99 years old – Free of charge sharing parents.
  • 06 to 11.99 years old – 50% OFF adult regular rate.
  • Over 12 years old – Regular adult rate.

Payment: Your booking with us should be made as early as possible. This will give us a chance to secure your perfect spot. You will need to pay at least 25% deposit to get your booking confirmed with us. This deposit is indeed a part of your total payment.

Cancellation Policy:

  • The whole amount will be charged if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.
  • 50% of the whole amount will be charged if cancelled 60 to 31 days prior to check-in date.
  • 15% of the whole amount will be charged if cancelled 90 to 61 days prior to check-in date.

How do I pay for the tour?

To book a tour with us, we ask to pay it at the time of booking. This is the only guarantee for you to get the tour booked.

Day Trips:
You can also pay for the tour in cash at the beginning of the tour.

Multi-Day Trips:
For multi-day tours, we require to pay a deposit when you approve the itinerary. The down payment can range from 10% to 100%, depending on the tour and time period.

Tipping

Tipping is not included in any of our packages and leaves for the discretion of the travellers. Although not mandatory, it is of great importance to people who will take care of you while traveling.

Extra Expenses

Extra personal expenses on the trip may include food tour, alcoholic beverages, tipping, visa fees, recreational expenses, and other services not listed.

Following are the items with extra costs during the trek:

– For the visa fees, please check Visa and Passport Information.
– Additional transport that you require.
– Tipping for the guide and driver after the trip.
– In case of unforeseen events like bad weather conditions and eventual flight cancellations, you are responsible for extra hotel nights and meals.

Solo Traveller

Individual travelers are always welcome, there are a large number of travelers traveling alone! We charge an additional fee for single travelers (sometimes called a single accessory) to cover the extra cost of single-occupancy hotel rooms or cabins. (Keep in mind: If you book a single hotel room for $ 200 a night, you pay $ 200 yourself, but if the couple booked the same room, you would pay only $ 100 each.) But you only pay for rooms or cabins, nothing else, including meals, sightseeing, tips, etc.

Travel Insurance

Yes, we will refund you based on our cancellation policy. The refund amount depends on the cancellation of the tour. If you want to make sure your money is refunded, we offer cancellation insurance for all tours. If you are not offered, please contact us!
